Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and admission (or eligibility) to the bar of a US state or Canada.
• At least six years’ experience with a top law firm or global pharmaceutical or life sciences company.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, review and advise on commercial contracts (customer, distributor, etc.).
• Provide legal advice on advertising, promotional and brand activities.
• Review and advise on operational, procurement and supply agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation aligned with business objectives.
• Engage in dispute resolution with third parties.
• Provide advice on government pricing, price transparency, controlled substance issues, and pharmacovigilance.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and other legal matters as needed.
