PAI Pharma seeks a Paralegal & Legal Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive legal, regulatory, and administrative support within the Legal Department. You will manage contracts, licensing, compliance programs, budgeting, and documentation across a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal, legal operations, compliance, or related legal support experience.
• Experience supporting an in-house legal department strongly preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience with state licensing, regulatory compliance, or healthcare regulatory matters preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support contract management and administration of standard legal agreements.
• Coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Maintain contract lifecycle management system and repository.
• Assist attorneys with contract analysis, due diligence, and research.
• Support litigation, investigations, and regulatory requests.
• Maintain corporate records and governance documentation.
• Coordinate licensing, registrations, and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and track legal spend and vendor relationships.
• Provide administrative support within the Legal Department.
