Job summary

Lannett Company in Seymour, IN is seeking a Production/Packaging Operator to support cGMP-compliant manufacturing of oral solid dose products. You will execute batch records, logbooks, and in-process checks while operating packaging equipment and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires basic math, ability to follow SOPs, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, to ensure continuous production. Prior packaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of Production/Packaging experience is an asset.
• Must be capable of working various hours/shifts and weekends when necessary.
• Knowledge of metric and English weighing systems.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: 40% of duties including batch record and logbook documentation with detail and accuracy.
• Operation of Equipment: 50% including cleaning, setup, and operation of pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment.
• Teamwork: 10% including collaboration and on-the-job training support.
• Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
