Job summary

Kelly Services in Blue Ash, OH is seeking Packaging Machine Operators to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team on rotating shifts. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, perform visual inspections, and document batch records.

This role requires strict SOP adherence, accuracy in documentation, ability to lift heavy items, and comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior cGMP/LEAN or production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have prior experience in a cGMP, LEAN, or production setting (preferred).
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Are able to work rotating shifts and some overtime as required.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Can follow SOPs and maintain strict documentation and cleanliness standards.
• Are comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining packaging equipment within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Completing batch records and supporting process improvements.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Performing packing duties that may involve heavy lifting.
