Job summary

Kelly Services in Davie, FL is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (three openings). You will set up, operate, clean, and maintain pharmaceutical packaging equipment, following cGMPs, SOPs, and batch records.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift 25 lbs, strong English skills, basic math, and computer literacy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with two 30-minute lunches, pay at $25.30 per hour. W2 contract for six months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Experience in a fast-paced cGMP environment (pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, or food) preferred.
• Skills: Strong English written/verbal skills, basic math, computer literacy, and high attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Lift 25 lbs (up to 50+ lbs with assistance); extended standing, bending, reaching.
• GMP Policy: No jewelry in production areas; plain wedding bands only.
• Pre-Employment Screenings: Background check, 11-Panel Drug Screen (+ Fentanyl), and comprehensive medical screenings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain drug manufacturing and packaging machinery (mixers, dryers, tablet presses, labelers).
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and batch records.
