Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a packaging operator to support pharmaceutical packaging operations in Columbus, OH. You will prepare materials, operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong reading, writing, basic math, interpersonal, organizational, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare materials.
• Set up and change over packaging machines following SOPs.
• Operate packaging equipment with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with maintenance when needed.
• Ensure packaging meets specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Understand batch records using basic math.
• Engage in safety and compliance training (cGMP).
• Participate in continuous improvement activities as part of a team.
