Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our Columbus, OH facility. You will package products per specifications, operate and maintain packaging equipment, and ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.

The role requires attention to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. You will work a 6pm-2:30am shift, Monday–Friday, with every other weekend, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring quality.
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with regulations.
• Follow FDA regulations and company policies for handling and packaging.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
• Operate forklifts to move materials within the facility.
