Job summary

PL Developments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper function and installation of machinery used in production. The role requires hands-on maintenance on packaging lines, with a Sunday-Thursday night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include disassembly/assembly of motors and pumps, repairing conveyors, and basic electrical work. English communication is essential, Spanish proficiency is a plus, and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on packaging machinery (valves, pumps, motors, gear reducers).
• Disassemble/assemble electric motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Repair machinery and conveyor belts; basic electrical work.
