Job summary

The Packaging Line Lead at PAI Pharma oversees setup, operation, and documentation of the packaging line to ensure compliant, high-quality production. Works with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain batch records.

Responsibilities include line preparation, setup verification, changeovers, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring correct labeling, and SAP transactions. May coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and supervisors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee line setup, operation and documentation for packaging.
• Coordinate line clearances, changeovers and equipment setup per BPR.
• Monitor packaging line performance and adjust parameters to meet specs.
• Ensure accurate documentation in Packaging Records and SAP transactions.
• Lead packaging personnel on assigned lines and shifts, provide guidance and training.
• Maintain GMP, safety and regulatory compliance across the line.
