Job summary

PAI Pharma in Greenville, SC is seeking a Packaging Associate I for a 12-hour day shift (7am–7pm). You will lead and perform packaging tasks according to batch records and SOPs, operate packaging equipment, and assist in preparing products for shipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years in pharma or related manufacturing, and familiarity with FDA regulations. English literacy and basic math are required, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of SOPs, equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and learn to operate a variety of packaging equipment.
• Ensure batch records and equipment logs are completed accurately.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; report problems to supervision.
• Perform changeovers and setup for processing operations.
• Maintain packaging rooms and equipment cleanliness and compliance.
• Adhere to safety and gowning policies; use PPE as required.
• Contribute to continuous learning and packaging operations.
