Job summary

You will lead line design, installation, qualification, and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to achieve reliable, scalable packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–10 years of packaging equipment experience in pharma/biotech/consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment design, automation, and controls.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, specification, and procurement of packaging equipment including blister machines, bottle lines, cartoners, labelers, and case packing equipment.
• Develop URS, equipment specifications, and design documentation for new or upgraded machinery.
• Manage equipment installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Analyze packaging line performance to identify productivity constraints and automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure cGMP compliance.
