Job summary

OneSource Dunmore, PA is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to oversee the pharmaceutical production line across multiple shifts. You will lead and support team members, communicate goals, assign tasks, and monitor machines for efficient operation.

You will ensure product quality, track lot numbers and expiration dates, complete production documentation and inspections, coordinate with maintenance for issues, assist with changeovers and counts, maintain GMP-compliant practices and train new staff.
