Job summary

Knoa Pharma LLC seeks a Packaging Maintenance Mechanic to install, diagnose, adjust, and repair oral solid dosage packaging equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with changeovers, and document downtime and PM activities on a fast-paced line.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, cGMP awareness, and the ability to train others while maintaining batch records and SOP compliance. This on-site position supports continuous manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years pharmaceutical packaging maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read safety policies and manuals.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate oral solid dosage packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on packaging lines.
• Document downtime, spare parts, and PM activities.
• Handle product changeovers for different formats.
• Lead technician in OEE-focused production areas.
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Train new operations staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.
• Maintain batch records and SOP compliance.
