Qualifications

• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
• Experience performing setup, changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting and repairs on packaging line equipment.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, PLC, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with packaging equipment such as bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, case packers, conveyors, serialization equipment, or similar automated packaging systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Performing setup, changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging line equipment.
• Supporting high-speed packaging operations while maintaining validated operating parameters.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, PLC, and pneumatic systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns with minimal impact to production.
• Training and supporting packaging operators on equipment operation and changeovers.
