Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Packaging Line Maintenance Technician to act as the primary engineering technical support for the packaging line. You will assist with installation, startup, and ongoing maintenance of the line and related utilities, ensuring readiness for production campaigns.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, 5+ years in GMP pharmaceutical operations, and ability to work with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FDA-regulated packaging/production.
• Minimum 5+ years GMP pharmaceutical operations support.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Experience with GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and startup of new packaging line and utilities.
• Provide technical support for the Small Molecule Dept during runs and campaigns.
• Develop or revise PMs and SOPs; packaging line maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Work with external partners and manage spare parts inventories.
• Escort contractors and ensure instrument and document control.
