Job summary

Knoa Pharma is seeking a Packaging Maintenance Mechanic to ensure reliable operation of oral solid dosage packaging lines. You will perform setup, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and routine documentation to support cGMP manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, ability to read blueprints and SOPs, and a commitment to keeping equipment running with minimal downtime on the Wilson, NC site. Weekend shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in pharmaceutical maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate oral solid dosage packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document downtime, spares, and maintenance per SOPs.
• Changeover packaging equipment for different products.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they occur.
• Maintain batch records and follow SOPs.
