The role requires ability to work independently or as part of a team, willingness to work weekends/overtime, and strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with good communication on shifts.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical maintenance on packaging lines preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, changeover, and set up packaging equipment to meet production goals.
• Ensure packaging equipment operates safely and in compliance with GMP.
• Document repairs and part usage, and communicate line issues to supervisors.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and line changeovers to improve output.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed.
