Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Pharmaceutical Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:20 PM) in Myerstown, PA. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and documentation within a GMP framework.

The incumbent will join a team to meet production schedules, perform changeovers, and maintain quality through in-process checks and accurate recordkeeping. Overtime hours may be required based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Overtime may be required based on production demands.
• Experience with GMP/SOP environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical equipment per SOPs.
• Support production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Record process steps and production results accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
