Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex NPD/NPI and CDMO projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. The role emphasizes strong communication with customers and senior management, along with adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a chemistry/engineering background, 6+ years in pharmaceutical development, and PMP or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; 6+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Advanced education preferred; PM or business excellence certifications preferred.
• Experience with cGMPs in FDA-regulated environments; process safety and environmental standards required.
• Ability to understand drug development and project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-departmental project teams through all NPI/NPD stages and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate resources across functions to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Provide project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, justify specifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain EHS compliance and effectively transfer knowledge from development to production.
