Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex NPD/NPI and CDMO projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role drives cross‑functional collaboration across operations, quality, and regulatory, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and team performance, coordinating internal resources and external manufacturing where needed, while maintaining strong stakeholder communications and proven project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; 6+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• PM certifications preferred; advanced education preferred.
• Experience with cGMPs in FDA-regulated environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-departmental project teams through all stages from feasibility to aftercare.
• Coordinate resources across functions to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Prepare and present project status updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, process safety, and environmental standards.
• Facilitate communication between project team, customers and upper management.
