Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex new product development and customer-driven CDMO projects per NPD/NPI procedures. You will guide interdepartmental teams to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating resources and communicating with customers and upper management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with at least 6 years in pharma/biotech, and preferred PMP or related certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field with at least 6 years in pharma/biotech.
• PM certification and/or business excellence certifications preferred.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and project processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdepartmental project teams to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate resources across internal functions to meet objectives.
• Communicate project status to customers and senior management.
• Manage multiple projects across NPI and Developmental Product procedures.
