Job Description

We are seeking a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Consultant / Engineer to join our team within the pharmaceutical industry in United States. This role is key in supporting digital manufacturing initiatives by ensuring the effective design, implementation, and optimization of MES solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Experience with PAS-X is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design, configure, and maintain MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams to translate business needs into MES solutions.
  • Support the integration of MES with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems.
  • Troubleshoot MES-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to enable effective system utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards in system configuration and validation.
  • Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in project delivery within an agile or structured project framework.


Requirements


  • Strong experience with MES platforms, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
