Job summary

AMARIS GROUP SA is seeking a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Consultant/Engineer to join its team in the United States. This role is crucial for supporting digital manufacturing initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring effective design and implementation of MES solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong experience with MES platforms, especially in pharma, and effective communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with MES platforms, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with PAS-X is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, LIMS, or related).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams to translate business needs into MES solutions.
• Support the integration of MES with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot MES-related issues to minimize disruption to manufacturing processes.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for system utilization.
