Job summary

Accenture seeks an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to lead design, development, and deployment of PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences setting. You will author EBRs, integrate MES with ERP and control systems, and ensure validation and compliance across projects.

Travel may be required; you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define needs, deliver value, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Accenture offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience; associate degree requires 6+ years experience.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/author/develop/configure EBRs (Electronic Batch Records).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validate EBRs.
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Document and analyze business information needs and ensure compliant delivery.
• Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships.

The Work:

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
• Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered according to GxP standards
• Respond to requests for client proposals
• Manage and develop client relationships

Job Requirements:

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here\'s What You Need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)
