Princeton10, LLP is seeking a medical editorial professional to edit copy and ensure regulatory compliance for branded and unbranded healthcare materials across digital and print channels for HCPs and patients. You will fact-check, adapt for new channels, and uphold FDA guidelines and internal style.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency setting, familiarity with AMA style, and strong collaboration with project managers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency setting.
• Familiarity with AMA style; experience with medical/regulatory/legal reviews and FDA drug-promotion guidelines.
• Ability to perform literature searches and understand scientific literature.

Responsibilities

• Edit copy and ensure regulatory compliance for branded and unbranded marketing materials for HCP and patient use across digital and print channels.
• Fact check and proof existing copy for new channels and audiences.
• Provide medical, regulatory, and legal expertise to ensure FDA guidelines and internal style standards.
• Copyedit materials for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, flow, and consistency.
• Validate references to ensure current and meet criteria.
• Collaborate with project manager, account manager, designer, copywriter, and other editors as needed.
• Manage brand alignment and assist other editors as needed.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
