Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Marketing Specialist I to support development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and multi-channel communications. You will collaborate with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials and coordinate activities across digital and traditional channels.

The role offers growth opportunities in brand awareness, employee and customer engagement, and overall business objectives

Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 0-2 years experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience in a corporate, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly regulated environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop clear, professional, audience-appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Develop, edit, and coordinate content for digital platforms, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist with management of the organization's social media presence and digital content calendar.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
• Support company events, conferences, and employee initiatives.
