Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist I to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, employee and customer engagement, and overall business objectives.

This early-career role offers growth as you take ownership of projects, campaigns, communications, and activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 0-2 years experience in marketing, communications, social media, public relations, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated corporate setting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and coordinate content for digital platforms, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist with management of social media presence and digital content calendar.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and brand standards.
• Support events, conferences, and internal/external engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop materials and solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
• Collect and analyze basic marketing metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
