Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead client relationships and cross-functional teams across brand and project work. You will manage communications, coordinate pitches, and guide projects through timelines and budgets with a client-centric approach.

The role emphasizes strategic program development, collaboration with medical/regulatory reviewers, and delivering impactful payer-focused marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Pharmaceutical agency experience with at least 2 years combined experience in Accounts and Project Management.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel enabled (up to 5%).
• Proven teamwork skills and flexibility.
• Excellent verbal/written interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status.
• Assist Client Services team to support development of new business initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate pitch presentations and proposals for assigned accounts.
• Lead point of contact for projects within the client account.
• Implement projects to promote client deliverables and profitability.
• Support budgeting, timelines, milestones, and flag potential red flags.
• Drive daily project activities including scope, changes, and roadblocks.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Conduct daily client contact and summarize next steps.
• Support medical/regulatory review processes and client proposals/budgets.
