Precision AQ, the leading payer marketing agency, is recruiting for a Senior Account Executive to partner with top pharmaceutical companies and develop marketing communication programs that payer stakeholders will remember.

As SAE you will lead project teams, coordinate pitches, manage client contacts and budgets, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional partners while traveling up to 5% as required. A pharma-focused background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical agency experience required with 2+ years in Accounts and Project Management.
• Direct client contact experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage communications with team members regarding information and status.
• Coordinate pitch presentations and RFPs.
• Lead point of contact for assigned projects.
• Implement projects to promote and ensure client deliverables' success and profitability.
• Support client services by managing projects, timelines and milestones.
• Drive project scope, changes, and potential roadblocks within budgets.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with subject-matter experts.
• Prepare client contact reports and summarize next steps.
• Assist with financial and forecasting reporting.
