Job summary

Waters Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Principal Market Development Manager - Pharmaceuticals to lead the development and execution of a data-driven marketing plan for the Americas Pharma markets, spanning instrumentation, software, and services. You will work with Sales, Product, and Global teams to generate pipeline revenue and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, or marketing discipline.
7+ years in marketing and business development in pharma or related fields.
Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.
Self-motivated and able to lead from the front with minimal support.

Responsibilities

Design and execute a marketing plan to achieve Pharma revenue goals in the Americas.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns promoting Waters solutions via multiple channels.
Drive demand generation through events, digital marketing, and partner collaborations.
Support Sales and Service teams and strengthen a KOL network in the region.
Monitor marketing KPIs and report on performance and impact.
