Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, or marketing discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing and business development.
• Experience with Waters or similar instrumentation/software/services supporting the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a marketing plan aligned with the corporate strategy to hit Pharmaceutical revenue goals in the Americas.
• Develop an integrated marketing plan to promote Waters solutions across channels.
• Lead demand generation activities to generate and nurture leads across market segments.
• Monitor marketing performance via KPIs and report impact to the business.
• Support Sales teams and strengthen a KOL network in-country.
• Advocate for customer needs across product, service, and regional teams.
