Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado is hiring a Manufacturing Technician/Associate for a regular full-time role in Boulder. You will perform unit operations on raw materials and intermediates following SOPs, ensure safe manufacturing, and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Training program and potential pay increases after completion are included. The role requires reading and interpreting technical documents, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a 24-7 operation with shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's/Associate degree a plus, with 3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establishs and maintains effective day-to-day relationships across Manufacturing, Maintenance & Facilities, R&D, internal support, regulatory groups, and CPC customers.
• Work closely with crew, supervision, and support groups to safely achieve manufacturing goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of plant equipment and chemical processing principles in CPC Centers of Excellence.
• Follow written procedures and document operations according to cGMP and SOPs.
