Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join the production floor in a cleanroom setting, adhering to cGMP and safety standards. Prior lab or manufacturing exposure is helpful, with on-the-job training provided.

No degree is required, and the path offers clear advances as skills grow. The role involves hands-on operation of centrifuges, tanks, and ultrafiltration equipment, plus material handling and documentation, with an overnight schedule (6:00 pm–6:00 am) about 14

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be flexible, able to work extended hours (overtime) and with multiple departments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player and builder.
• Self-motivator.
• Good math skills and ability to perform calculations per batch record.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-mail a plus.
• Sufficient technical competence to organize and lead production activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on execution of manual and automated manufacturing operations. Equipment includes centrifuges, processing tanks set-up and operations, ultrafiltration systems, COP cabinets, CIP stations, and equipment assembly.
• Material handling includes requesting, weighing and addition of chemicals, and suspending solid paste.
• Unloading/loading and palletizing product; operate a forklift or hand truck upon training.
• Transport product from/to production/warehouse/cold storage.
• Ensure safe and correct operation of equipment, chemicals, and products.
