Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. in Melville is seeking a Pharma Manufacturing Technician I for a night shift (6pm–6am). This role executes manual and automated manufacturing operations in a cleanroom, following cGMP standards and safety rules.

High school diploma or GED is required; some college is a plus. Training will cover equipment like centrifuges, CIP stations, and ultrafiltration systems. You will work overnight with a +10% shift differential, handle materials, loading/unloading, and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• Good math skills and ability to perform calculations per batch record.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-mail a plus.
• Sufficient technical competence to organize and lead production activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on execution of manual and automated manufacturing operations.
• Material handling including weighing and addition of chemicals; manage pallets and loads.
• Operate forklift or hand truck after training and certification.
• Transport product between production, warehouse and cold storage.
• Follow safety/EHS requirements, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and implement tools.
