Job summary

CordenPharma in Colorado is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a swing shift (2pm–10pm) with a 10% differential. The role performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, with little supervision and opportunities to advance.

Responsibilities include documenting work, following GMP and EH&S policies, and using a CMMS system. Training from Senior/Lead Mechanics and ongoing skill development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 4 years related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance per direction.
• Ensures work complies with GMP, EH&S, and company policies.
• Documents work performed, observations, and failures clearly in systems.
• Utilizes CMMS, email, and internet-based software for tasks.
• Learns and develops maintenance skills from senior technicians and leaders.
• Progresses to Senior Mechanical Technician with demonstrated performance.
