Job summary

Corden Pharma is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a swing shift (2pm–10pm) with a 10% shift differential on top of base pay. The role supports a 24-hour bulk pharmaceutical operation and offers growth to Senior Mechanical Technician. Strong GMP and safety discipline are required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 4 years related experience, plus familiarity with CMMS and technical drawings. On-site work in Boulder, CO, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong GMP, EH&S, and safety compliance awareness.
• Proficient with CMMS and common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Documents work, observed damage, and root causes.
• Trains and mentors others and supports shop safety.
• Operates and learns CMMS, software, and data management.
• Adheres to GMP and company policies; supports continuous improvement.
