Takeda is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II in Georgia to operate and support pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment. You will execute production activities, troubleshoot issues, document operations, and help ensure quality and safety on a 12-hour shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

You will mentor teammates, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure all procedures and training are completed on time, with strong teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of cGMP manufacturing practices and accurate documentation.
• Experience operating pharmaceutical equipment (autoclaves, CIP/SIP) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and respond to equipment alarms.
• Strong safety practices and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Operate and support manufacturing equipment including CIP/SIP and autoclaves.
• Document production operations using EBM and other systems.
• Train and mentor team members; share technical knowledge.
• Coordinate production activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Respond to alarms and implement timely resolutions.
