Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Social Circle, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate and support manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment. You will execute production activities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience (or associate degree plus 1+ year). You will work a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and contribute to continuous improvement while training

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience with high school diploma or GED, or 1+ year with an associate degree or higher.
• Experience operating pharmaceutical or laboratory production equipment (autoclaves, CIP/SIP, COP washers) preferred.
• Working knowledge of cGMP manufacturing practices and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support manufacturing equipment and processes, incl. CIP/SIP, autoclaves, COP washers.
• Assemble and handle production components per procedures.
• Document production operations using Electronic Batch Management or similar systems.
• Perform routine cleaning to maintain GMP conditions.
• Sample using aseptic techniques and follow procedures to protect product quality.
• Troubleshoot process issues and respond to equipment alarms.
• Review and maintain manufacturing procedures and documentation.
• Support new technology transfer and continuous improvement teams.
• Train and mentor teammates and share technical knowledge.
