Job summary

Noven Pharmaceuticals seeks a manufacturing supervisor to direct development, planning, and maintenance of methods, processes, and operations for pharmaceutical products. You will optimize material, equipment, and labor use to ensure quality throughout the value stream.

Responsibilities include aligning staffing with production schedules, troubleshooting processes, and ensuring timely quality records. Collaboration with QC/QA and other support departments is essential for meeting goals and

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with a minimum two (2) years of related work experience or training, within the pharmaceutical industry, preferred or equivalent work-related experience of (6) years.
Must have experience reading and interpreting production schedules, SOPs, cGMPs, and FDA guidelines.
Knowledge with the various aspects of the Transdermal manufacturing preferred.
Six-Sigma Green belt certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Aligns staffing requirements with company demands to ensure production schedules can be met efficiently.
Participates in process/product troubleshooting in order to correct/maintain desirable output (quality, yields, cycle time, etc.)
Completes all quality records on time.
Works closely with support departments (QC, QA, product release, planning, warehouse, etc) to ensure that production goals and timelines are met.
