Job summary

Codis in Seymour, Indiana is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality team on the manufacturing floor, develop staff, solve problems, and ensure products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and company requirements.

The role provides day-to-day oversight of batch review and release, inspections, laboratory activities, document control, CAPA, change control, and investigations, while partnering with Manufacturing and other functions to drive continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or senior‑level QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, complaints, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Quality team members on the shop floor.
• Provide hands-on Quality support to manufacturing operations.
• Support batch review and release activities and ensure timely review.
• Oversee Quality inspection, laboratory, and release activities.
• Coordinate investigations involving deviations, nonconformances, complaints, and SCARs.
• Lead and support CAPA and change control activities.
• Track and trend CAPAs, investigations, and quality system activities.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve site Quality systems and processes.
• Support Annual Product Review (APR) activities and quality metrics for mgmt review.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits.
