Job summary

You will manage validation documentation, supervise engineering staff, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory and corporate expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in validation and/or engineering within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience creating and executing validation documents in VMS.
• Understanding AbbVie engineering standards and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all department capital projects and external vendor services.
• Oversee equipment, facility, utility and cleaning validation activities.
• Maintain the Validation Master Plan and Change Control documentation.
• Identify cost reduction and capacity opportunities through process improvements.
• Represent the department in internal and external quality audits.
