Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, a biomanufacturing technology company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II, In-Line Inspector to support sterile filling inspection, line clearances, and batch record entries in a cGMP environment.

You will operate inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, and contribute to 5S and Kaizen improvement activities. Strong English skills and GMP familiarity are required, with a 12‑hour night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech) preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak English and follow SOPs and batch records.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Basic math for weights, measures, percentages, and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product visually and physically to quality standards; escalate issues as needed.
• Operate and service automated inspection equipment; ensure smooth flow of material.
• Perform line clearances, cleaning, and cGMP compliance in assigned areas.
• Record batch data; perform SAP-based inventory movements where applicable.
• Acquire required certifications and cross-train in other areas.
