Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our clean pharma manufacturing facility in the United States. The role concentrates on preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration, and supporting production with on-call maintenance, including SAP work orders. Weekend shifts are Friday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
• Ability to plan maintenance, schedule manpower, and coordinate with contractors.
• Familiarity with SAP work orders and inventory management.
• Commitment to GMP, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance and calibration on production equipment.
• Support production through on-call maintenance and upkeep; manage spare parts and contracts.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and propose improvements; monitor spares consumption and budget.
• Lead shift transitions and ensure safety compliance.
