Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related field
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and service control systems including PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and instrumentation.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, FDA, and internal standards; document work and deviations.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians on safety practices and technical skills.
