Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a 1:30 pm–10 pm shift at our New Albany, Ohio facility. The role focuses on instrument calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and utilities monitoring to keep cGMP-compliant operations.

You will follow PM procedures, document work, support QA investigations, and assist contractors. The position requires a HS diploma or GED, basic CMMS and PLC knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a multi-shift manufacturing

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; trade school/technical certification preferred.
• Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or lab environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, and safety practices is beneficial.
• Proficient in documenting work using MS Word/Excel and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance following written PM procedures.
• Execute repairs and document activities in logbooks and work orders.
• Monitor plant utilities and address out-of-range conditions.
• Support contractor work and ensure safety and cGMP compliance.
• Lead small projects (<$10K) to completion.
