Job summary

Staffing Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician II in Tampa, FL. The role is contract with potential to become permanent, with training on weekdays and possible second/third shifts plus overtime and weekends. Pay is up to $34/hour with a 10–15% shift differential.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for a range of pharmaceutical production equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance to GMP and GDP practices.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, general trades/technical preferred.
• 2–5 years of equipment maintenance experience in GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and perform repairs.
• Assist in equipment changeovers and line setup per batch instructions.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain thorough records.
