Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Process Maintenance Mechanic for a premier pharmaceutical client. You will be the on-floor expert diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to keep high-speed solid-dose lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include PMs, troubleshooting Cadmach, Fette, ACG, and Bosch equipment, and documenting in batch records. Requires high school; 2 years experience preferred. Third shift, 11 PM–7 AM, in NY.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting on pharmaceutical equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, set up, and troubleshoot process equipment (electrical, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical) per cGMP/SOPs.
• Troubleshoot compression (Cadmach, Fette) and encapsulation (ACG, Bosch) equipment to resolve defects.
• Perform scheduled PMs to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose machine failures and implement safe, effective solutions to restart equipment.
• Document activities in batch records, logs, and troubleshooting forms.
