Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC, Spokane’s largest manufacturing employer, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I/II to oversee production equipment maintenance across the facility. You will support preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and mentor technicians on safe, compliant repairs in a cGMP environment.

The role requires leading experience, plus the ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science; Vocational Training in related field required.
• 3+ Years of Related Experience, Maintenance/Repair required.
• Lead Experience required.
• Pharmaceutical Experience (Working Maintenance Knowledge) desired.
• FDA Regulated Industry Experience.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office required.
• Mechanical aptitude functional expert level required.
• Functional expert in reading/understanding construction & machine blue prints required.
• Physical Requirements: lift 60 lbs unassisted, pushing/pulling/twisting, mobility throughout facility; exposure to allergens; aseptic areas and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment throughout the facility.
• Support preventive maintenance and related work orders.
• Support facility work-orders initiated by Maintenance Management, Project Engineering, or other departments.
• Provide leadership during critical repair situations and direct people safely.
• Read and understand blueprints, P&ID diagrams, and electrical drawings.
• Document procedures and use cGMP-compliant maintenance records.
• Supervise pre-shutdown activities, rosters, and training completions in LMS.
• Maintain office supplies inventory for Maintenance, Engineering, Metrology, and Validations.
• Provide backup to facility coordinators as needed.
