Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliability, compliance, and operational readiness of production lines and facility equipment in a GMP packaging environment. You will lead maintenance mechanics, supervise line setups and changeovers, and coordinate with technical teams to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

On-site, 1st shift, this role drives capital projects, equipment improvements, and tooling initiatives, ensuring these activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
At least 1 year in a Pharmaceutical cGMP Manufacturing setting required.
Minimum 5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical/biotech.
Experience supervising staff or leading projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee production line setup to ensure equipment readiness for packaging requirements.
Manage batch and product changeovers to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and cGMP standards.
Coordinate response during production interruptions, engaging technical resources to restore operations quickly.
Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective actions to improve reliability.
