Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Maintenance teams.
• Plan and supervise facility/utility capital projects.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.
• Review work orders and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain utilities such as HVAC, WFI, and sterile processes.
• Supervise bi-annual shutdowns and site security programs.
• Track metrics and ensure training compliance.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Handle scheduling and performance evaluations.
